Meet Sabrina Toledano
Experience
Sabrina has been working as a clinical dietitian since 2010 at the world-renowned NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center in New York City.
During her first five years at NYP, Sabrina worked as an in-patient dietitian alongside leading doctors in creating comprehensive digestive plans that optimize patients’ nutritional intake while limiting gastrointestinal distress for various medical issues.
For the past six years she has been working in the outpatient setting, specializing in digestive health that compliments the medical and surgical treatments across a wide range of gastrointestinal diseases including pancreatic cancer, gastric cancer, colorectal cancer, pancreatitis, and inflammatory bowel disease.
Education
Sabrina holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition from Syracuse University and a Master’s of Science in Clinical Nutrition from Rutgers University. She is a board certified specialist in oncology nutrition through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
